Slow to get seated for our reservation. Lots of confusion when the dishes were delivered. Server interrupted and talked over our guests. Food was ok bit not outstanding.
The food our server were fantastic!! We really enjoyed the $13 meal deal. This is a great value provides plenty of food. We always enjoy dining at BJ’s.
My son has the appetizer platter and his burger was raw in middle. My daughters Cesar salad was drenched in dressing. My husband attempted to order two beers that were on the board and they did not have them. We do really enjoy the pazookies!
Waited much longer than our reservation (we showed up early) and food took forever. Server was very nice, drinks and food were delicious!
I had my first experience at this restaurant and it was great! Our group of nine was seated quickly, even though we didn’t have any reservations. We ordered appetizers, which arrived at a perfect time along with the salads ordered with our meals. There was a nice gap between the appetizers and the main dishes, allowing us to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. Our drinks were consistently refilled, and the food was cooked just right. A few of us indulged in the 'dessert cookie,' and I would highly recommend it if you enjoy rich desserts with a variety of flavors. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!
