Not sure wh... read more The service is hit or miss depending on the time you arrive. The bartender was very friendly and talkative. However the margarita was just horrible. Not sure what type of mix they use but it's time to change. My sister did love the Lavender Martini but at $50.00 for a couple drinks and a beer I'll focus on other places. The location across from the park is however amazing.

The equipment had handles that kept falling of... read more This bar is run pretty poorly. The bartender had to constantly run downstairs to get drinks that weren't stocked. The equipment had handles that kept falling off (it looked like they were just missing screws which would be an easy fix). The drawer they use to store the produce for drinks had mold on the inside like it hadn't been wiped with cleaner in a long time. The bartender Annie was fantastic! She had a great attitude and held conversations with customers while she was constantly making drinks. She is a hard worker and would be a great asset to any bar. However the bar manager Megan was very unpleasant to deal with. Even the couple seated nearby made a comment when she walked away. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what.

I was also quite disappointed to find only one martini listed on their drink menu. When I inquired about a separate martini menu, the waiter simply replied, "no," and that was the end of the conversation.

I was really impressed that Chris remembered us from our previous visit. I don't get out much, but this is definitely my favorite spot. The restaurant is spotless both indoors and outdoors, and we really enjoy sitting outside. I highly recommend this place as one of the top places to visit in Lexington, KY. We make the trip from Georgetown, KY, just to dine here!
