Ordered a couple of the new sandwiches they've been advertising... Service was good and the sandwiches were also good, nothing special but for fast food pretty good... Of course nothing like the commercials but not bad, on the spicy fish sandwich the jalapeno and whatever sauce they add it was just piled directly in the middle View all feedback.

Thankfully the good was acceptable/good, because service was incredibly slow. I didn't use a stopwatch, but I'm certain I waited for over 10 minutes to receive my order (2 gyros). Just unacceptable. View all feedback.
Good eating, should simply suggest to the team not to use gender-specific handles like Ma'am/sir in the drive thru
The load was called at 1:43 clock. they asked them how late they closed. they said 4:00 a.m. for new years. I'm here at 2:00 a.m., and I see that, don't lie to me and tell your openness when you're closed. I'll call, send an email and send a letter.

Called the store at 1:43PM. Asked them what time they close. They said 4:00PM for New Years. I walked over, got there at 2:00PM and this is what I see. Don't lie to me and say your open when your closed. I will be calling corporate, sending an email and sending a letter.
What the hell is wrong with this place? I have been here (or rather I should say TRIED to be here) twice now and they were closed, DURING their posted hours. Arby's, you need to close this place down or make them operate properly. The posted hours at the restaurant state that they are open until 6:00 PM, not until whenever they want. I went there at 3:00 PM and they were closed.
