Visited historic Lewiston, as it had been a while and was certainly a fun place to check out. During our trip we wanted to do grab a bite to eat and figured we would hit Brickyard. On arrival, we were greeted by the staff and received the option forindoor or outdoor seating. We chose outdoors, as a weather was beautiful and as such warranted. The staff was prompt and thefood was good, buy not great for us. The wrap was average and the fries (upcharge) were steak fries (not our favorite stylecut). We did see sweet potato fries go by and those looked really good. We also had the sampler platter. The brisket was nottrimmed and a bit to fatty, but was also the best of the 3 items. The ribs were good too, but the pulled pork lacked flavor. The BBQ sauce was a welcome addition. There are plenty of brews available and all of the ones we tried were all good. There iswine available as well and it's worth noting that they carry Selini Sav Blanc is very good. The patio is pet friendly. Oneturnoff is that we did see a staff member (who was being very nice) provide a patron the same blue crock bowl that they wereusing for chili, to give a dog water. It may be just us, but we found that to be kind of gross. I would not share my dog/catbowl at home. We may give it another shot next time we are in the area, but there are a lot of adjacent options we haven'ttried.

Their beers were great. I ordered the brisket sandwich and wasn't all that impressed. It was pretty packed for a Thursday afternoon and they were slightly short staffed, but they did an excellent job keeping up with everyone. I'd go back and givethem a second chance when in the area.

Visiting Lewiston. Food and service were great. Atmosphere was chaotic and noisy as it was a Friday night and there was a street festival. Jazzfest. Four guests. All the food looked great.
