Was looking forward to trying this place, first of all the service is terrible, they treat you like a burden and are very rude. I called to place an order and she told me I had to pick two sides, I asked her what sides they had and she said we have a lot, I don 't know what they are had to pull up the menu on my phone, then I told her we would be there in 30 minutes to pick it up, she replied by saying what time?, I said in 30 minutes from now, she said I need a time. I said whatever time it is now add 30 minutes! (Because I wasn 't sure what time it was)... She had a terrible attitude and hung up the phone on me. Then when my friend went to pick the food up he said every girl in there had an attitude with not just him but all the other customers picking up food as well. My friend got the SmokeHouse sampler for $17 and it was such a small amount of meat, the brisket was tender and moist but lacked flavor, the ribs were absolutely terrible, tough, dried out, they didn 't seem fresh, it seemed like they had been sitting around or were reheated. So pissed that I spent over $20 on garbage ribs. The chili that I got as a side was decent.

It was pretty packed for a Thursday afternoon and they were slightly short staffed, but they did an excellent job keeping up with everyone. I'd go back and givethem a second chance when in the area.
