The owner and his wife at this restaurant are very friendly. We tried the classic baguette (ok), prawn spring rolls (nice), grilled pork salad (nice), and curry fish balls (not impressed). The prices were reasonable compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in London. The only downside was that there were no open windows or fresh air, so the dining room felt hot and stuffy during the summer. View all feedback.

Panda Panda has a cute name and mascot. It also has surprisingly little competition, at least when it comes to the banh mi, from Deptford's other Vietnamese restaurants.
To my surprise I discovered that Deptford has quite a few Vietnamese restaurants I decided to check out one of them by visiting Panda Panda for a quick Friday lunch. Panda Panda's menu was complete with the baguettes called 'banh mi' and is the brewed beef soup 'a pho?
The food at this restaurant was both delicious and affordable. I had a fantastic meal and thought it was a great value for the price.
Good, fresh, cheap Vietnamese banh mi baguettes, salate and suppen. friendly service. very casual decoration, not fancy, but it is a good place to lunch while watching the broadway outside.
