Great looking place and clearly very popular but needs to sort out hygiene. Wooden tables and seats felt like they had not been cleaned at all and we were there early on a Saturday morning. Food order mixed up and preserving service at one till...only led to big queues. With a bit better planning and service would be star View all feedback.

The two girls this evening were absolutely lovely to me and my brother! i always come to this cafe and to be treated like this is such a lovely experience! good job trading post xx

Lovely place to have a coffee. Easily the best in the south east. You can choose different blends. Different milks were available too. Cakes were fresh and looked incredible.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon hoping to have coffee and cakes but unfortunately such terrible service and overall lack of organisation. Upon entering there was a large queue to order, but no manager or hostess to show you to a table. Found ourselves a table,...waited several minutes and asked twice for it to be cleared of dirty plates and cups (despite many staff hovering around doing other tasks like polishing cutlery etc). Not covid safe as it was never even wiped or sprayed after clearing so thats a concern. No table service so then had to queue again to order, tried to order a piece of toasted banana bread to be told it would be minutes?! Absolutely ridiculous. Two Coffees then took over minutes to arrive and we had to go and chase these up. Overall some of the worst service we have encountered. Certainly wouldn’t recommend and will not be going back.
