read moreNestled in the heart of Lewes, this charming café offers a tranquil escape from the bustling town. Renowned for its friendly and attentive staff, the café serves a delightful array of homemade dishes, from warming soups to indulgent cakes like millionaire shortbread and banana-white chocolate cake. Guests appreciate the generous portions and reasonable prices, as well as the inviting atmosphere. While the quality of food consistently satisfies patrons, some have noted occasional service hiccups. Overall, this delightful spot is highly recommended for coffee, lunch, or a relaxing cream tea, making it a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike.
