Costa Coffee - Lewes

This was my second visit to the restaurant this morning, and I wanted to give the woman the benefit of the doubt that she might have had a bad day yesterday. However, it was clear that she was rude and lacked any customer service skills. I am sure I am not the only one who has noticed this when she is working. It would be beneficial to train your staff, as she is in need of some additional training.

The staff at this restaurant are absolutely wonderful. We stopped in for coffee on a Sunday afternoon and both team members were incredibly attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. They are truly a gem for Costa.

Don't normally write reviews but the customer service was so spectacular I felt compelled to. The gentleman who was serving did a phenomenal job from start to finish both times I went in (unfortunately I did not get his name). Would go again just to see him.

Not a bad latte but nowhere top of cup and not a patch on the earlier cafe hero latte. Not such a warm feeling here but it has been snowing and the three hours parking is welcome!
