Employee Noah and John Customer service was very rude , I asked John could he just throw something out for me , he said no I don’t throw things away that’s not my job , then proceeded to speak about the situation with Noah. I understand you throwing things out “not apart of the job description” But being apart of customer service is catering to the customer along with tone adjustment.
