They have always been a 5 star restaurant in my book, but in the past 6 months or so, customer satisfaction has gone way down, while the prices have continued to go up. I use the online ordering service regularly, and lately my bowl has been halfway filled every time. I reached out to customer service who sent me a BOGO coupon code in which I used at the Wantagh, NY location. Wantagh did not disappoint! The bowl was densely packed and heavy. The customer service agent said that he would be sending correspondence to the Levittown manager to make sure that the staff would be notified of this ongoing issue. Just yesterday I visited the Levittown location once again because I wanted to see how they improved in the past week. Once again, same thing… a bowl halfway filled. At this point, I have decided to no longer do business with this chipotle location. I hope someone in charge will see this and make the necessary improvements.

Now looking at my food, this container barely has any food in it. It’s not even remotely full, if I’m spending my money on getting this expensive food and then using my gas to come get it, then fill it up all the way.

Maybe I got 3/4 of a single serving of chicken if I were to order in person. For an extra $5.25 or whatever it is. That should be full of chicken. Almost a lb of rice. And the rice is clumpy.
