While some highlight the uncleanliness of the play area and bathrooms, as well as long wait times, others commend the fresh coffee and delicious food. Despite mixed reviews, this McDonald's holds historical significance as the first in the Quebec City region, opened in 1977. Whether you're a loyal fan or a critical eater, this McDonald's location offers a unique experience worth exploring.
I visited this McDonald's yesterday for a coffee and a muffin. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly, greeting me with a smile. The coffee was delicious and hot, and the muffin was even better - very fresh! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fast food.
The kids' play area was dirty, with gross floors and children running around barefoot. The bathrooms were in need of cleaning. The food was decent, but there was a long wait. We had to clean our own table. The level of cleanliness in a restaurant reflects the staff and management, as well as the quality of the food served.
After waiting a long time at the drive-thru, check your order carefully as there are often errors. Items may be missing or incorrect. Before eating your burger, make sure to check the meat inside as it may not be fully cooked. Upon discovering this issue at home, another burger had to be thrown away. A complaint was made to McDonald's Canada, but it was not handled properly. The correct complaint was not forwarded to the supervisor. After numerous issues with the complaint, all that was received were two free meals, which were not even the desired menu items.
The title say it all... Not good for your health but what ever still good to eat there periodically :P
