The restaurant features stylish decor and boasts a fresh, modern urban industrial vibe. The burger was exceptional, bursting with flavor as if it had been grilled over charcoal. The poutine was delightful, with perfectly fried fries, fresh cheese curds, and savory gravy. The beef tartare was also impressive and remains one of my favorites at Le Cage restaurants. They offer a great selection of local ciders and a solid variety of craft beers on draft.

We ordered ribs, wings, fries, and salmon with mashed potatoes. The portions were generous, enough to satisfy without making us feel overly stuffed. We really enjoyed our experience. The prices were comparable to other restaurants, and the servers were very friendly.
