As someone from out of province who doesn't speak much French, I often find it challenging to communicate in restaurants while traveling through Quebec. However, our experience tonight was outstanding! Jessica was our server, and she went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, even with her limited English. Everyone, from the hostess to the young man who delivered our food, made a special effort to make our experience remarkable.
This is a fantastic sports bar located in the new development area of Levis. The restaurant features stylish decor and boasts a fresh, modern urban industrial vibe. The burger was exceptional, bursting with flavor as if it had been grilled over charcoal. The poutine was delightful, with perfectly fried fries, fresh cheese curds, and savory gravy. The beef tartare was also impressive and remains one of my favorites at Le Cage restaurants. They offer a great selection of local ciders and a solid variety of craft beers on draft.
The food was outstanding! We ordered ribs, wings, fries, and salmon with mashed potatoes. The portions were generous, enough to satisfy without making us feel overly stuffed. We really enjoyed our experience. The prices were comparable to other restaurants, and the servers were very friendly.
