Welcoming staff, very clean, lots of seating if you include the outdoor section. It was pretty full when we stopped in but we got a couple of drinks and went outside to sit for a few minutes. Coffee was delicious, smooth and flavorful. Wi-Fi and restrooms available, along with ample parking in a shared lot.Parking: It was a shared lot.

I decided to pop in for a latte and ended up enjoying a delicious breakfast of toast with yogurt and fruit. The food was fresh and tasty, the service was excellent. What a great find!
