Are they aware of! they are about to read an evaluation about this restaurant that is somewhat different from all other reviews of a pignata. the restaurant off... read more Are they aware of! they are about to read an evaluation about this restaurant that is somewhat different from all other reviews of a pignata. the restaurant offers 'corsican farm food' cooked in the a pignata wise and they should take potluck. there is no...menu let me be clear: eating is good, but not refined. no fish, only meat and vegetables. average taste, but (to) large portions. each night with (to) large pieces of the same goat cheese and (to) large baskets of the fruit after the main course. not our style, certainly if they eat in this restaurant for three nights in order as hotel guest. it is all presented as the best that the kitchen of corsica has to offer. they should know, however, that there is no Korean art to cook until tripadvisor goes. in short, it's all a question of taste, and maybe this is to be discovered for you!

The 7-course dinner menue we had at A Pignata was the gastronomical highlight of our trip. House cured charcuterie, roasted lamb chops, cannelonis, a huge cheese platter and delicious bite-size beignets for desert. The dining room is just magical at night and the wine list interesting. I will definitely go back but will make sure to fast beforehand!
