Today we made a detour to Soul Kitchen. The restaurant is easily accessible in Leverkusen, close to the gallery. The restaurant was full, but could get a seat. After we had taken place we got two cool cloths for the hands, really pleasant at the high temperatures. A card is not available, only a beverage card is available. Prices are reasonable for drinks. Delicious food, no card just buffet. Priceless and tasteless unbeatable for this price.
The owner even greeted us at the table and asked if we had to ask. The buffet is really cheap at 13€ in the evening, and there is no extra food. No cheap China food, but many Korean foods are available even sushi that is freshly prepared. You realize that the owner is really doing a lot of effort, both in the ambience and in the food. We will definitely come back again if we are to Korean cuisine. Absolutely recommended!
Food is very delicious and fresh for a buffet. Great choice. Service is very nice. Evening buffet is for 13.90€ which is extremely inexpensive. Beverages are slightly higher with 4.10€ for a 0.5 Weizeb. But in total it is very cheap for 2 people. Parking in front of the door (paid). Ambience is okay. More like bistrolike. All in all, however, a recommendation for a delicious meal after the evening. We recommend and come back.
Delicious food and friendly attentive staff! We like to come back!
Soul Kitchen is a restaurant run by a Korean family. Korean dishes, as well as other Asian dishes such as sushi, California Rolls or Chinese classics are offered. There is only buffet. The device is comfortably simple and also allows a somewhat longer stay. The service is attentive, nice and not intrusive. The buffet includes various sushi variations with soy sauce, washabi and two different varieties ginger. Two soups are also offered. A wide selection of pickled or prepared vegetables, as well as a selection of salads. Here there are very nice delicate deviations to the traditional Asian buffets. Vegetarians are also found here. There are also some fried foods, cold main foods such as fish foods, fried tofu etc. A good selection of meat dishes paired with one to two fish dishes. As dessert there are honey-sweet jobels with fruits. There is also a good selection of drinks. For beer lovers only three different beer beers. Everything is of good fresh quality and it is also constantly refilled. What I liked was, on the one hand, the selection of different dishes, fresh quality and the really tendential taste orientation towards Korean cuisine. It is not a comparison with the mass copies of other Asian buffets that I have been making a big bow for decades. A very good alternative that I will certainly visit the more open. A small one, it is only possible to pay cash.
