Visited Base for dinner. We both had fish chips. Lovely fresh fish, plenty of chip the usual tiny portion of mushy peas. All good, enjoyed it, will go back if ever in the area again. Decided to eat here on a day trip from Edinburgh and we weren’t disappointed. The food was lovely and the service first class. Mac n cheese was one of the best I’ve had and husband’s fish was excellent.
