I ordered lamb curry via Uber Eats and received only rice. I contacted the driver who said he would return, but he never did. The restaurant then closed, leaving me without a proper meal late in the evening. I then had to open multiple support requests to resolve the issue and received contradictory answers from different agents. Although most of the amount was eventually refunded, part of it was issued as Uber Cash, which effectively forces customers to use the service again despite a poor experience. This was extremely frustrating and not customer-friendly at all. Based on other reviews, this seems to happen frequently. I would not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
