We originally wanted to spend a few days in the hotel and experience the accommodation and the restaurant. unfortunately they were booked, but we managed to mak... read more We originally wanted to spend a few days in the hotel and experience the accommodation and the restaurant. unfortunately they were booked, but we managed to make a reservation in their fine dinning one of my partners and I am so happy that we. we were greeted openly by starting from maria and wolfgang, the owners and so are fantastic experiences. their openness was positiw and welcoming. when we sat, we started our 4 curs taste extravaganza. the dishes were creatiw and the food presented were like pieces of art. I'm still talking about my fiancée home. if they are in tirol, Austria...I can recommend stopping, I can assure them that their taste buds will thank them.

After inquir... read more Cosy restaurant serving only one 4 course menu or single dishes of the menu in a beautiful hotel. We had a great 4 Amuse Gueule) course vegan menu. After inquiring, it was explained, that normally one of the two main courses to choose from is vegan. The other one could be vegetarian, all other courses are vegan and set. Make sure to call in advance as seating if you are not staying in the hotel) is limited and to make sure, there will be a vegan main course, if vegan is what you are looking for. Food was terrific! Staff was friendly, also very helpful on the phone. One of my favorites, so far! August 2019 Update: One year later August 2020) still excellent food and service!
