This is a no pressure place where the staff understand the balance between being attentive but not intrusive. Nice job. Very good menu where we were drawn to the Zürich inspired porc with cream sauce and Rosti. Delicious ! Highly recommended

We stayed in a family apartment end of October. Weather was sunny, but cold. There was no heating in the apart,net, end the whole family was cold. When we art Bed, we were surprised that the kitchen, also book on booking.com, was in fact at an extra cost. After some arguing, they opened the kitchen and we were told it would be for free. At check out, they charged us 30. for it anyways (for one night! . I would call this lying and even stealing. I will never support thieves. The place was expensive for what it offers and for the cold night we spent. Pillows are so soft that they are useless. This is not my first bad experience in Switzerland. I'm Swiss myself, and ashamed for the poor service and bad welcome in our hotels. Some hotels should simply be closed because of the bad reputation they give to our beautiful country, and this is one of those. Don't stay here. In fact you may as well drop Leukerbad altogether, it is not worth the detour.

Personnel is kind and speak greatly German, French and Italian; cuisine is tasty and we didn't have to wait too much for being served. For non-meat eaters there are alternatives and they are willing to cook something extra menu if needed.
