Thank you very much. I would not expect to find good Chinese restorant in middle of Swiss Alps. And here it is. We had probably the best shrimps dumplings in a long time. What Gligli Polieni doesn't like about Canaan:
The fine food saved everything. A nice aubergine for 30. Without rice. Sad. The service was very unsympathetic, prices were overpriced, vegetarian dishes were more expensive than meat, incomprehensible... but the kitchen does really fine things, hence a second star View all feedback.

We know better restaurants (curry, for example, was somehow strange) where we felt more comfortable.
Top food, really authentic Chinese food, we felt like we were in China. Xie Xie!!!
It was a really nice family dinner with great food ! The dumplings were like the best ones I tasted in China.
Great a la carte Chinese restaurant. The restaurant is calm and magnificent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The dishes are divinely good. Everything is fresh and homemade. I really recommend it, it’s very pleasant to spend a friendly time in this restaurant! The dishes served at the candles are fantastic
