Overall, the hotel seems to be a decent option for those looking for a middle-class accommodation in the heart of Letterkenny, with both pros and cons to consider before booking a stay.
The staff here were so helpful to my older parents. Orla especially couldn’t do enough to help, making sure my parents had everything they needed at a time when they weren’t too well. This made a huge difference to my parents who were away on holiday at the time. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is very much appreciated.

Great Sandwiches at the Hotel and highly Recommended for the Hotels other food as well. Nice Pastrami Sandwich
Had a fabulous meal here a few months ago when I visited the area with my husband. Came back last week with my parents. Food excellent and great value, restaurant was busy but there was no mad panic in the staff. Great service, great prices, great menu, fabulous food
