Visiting this quaint location again we did enjoy an order of fish and chips. Service was fine and polite. Small location....big on food quality. The cost is very high for the food.....having been told before that fish is a weekly delivery from the suppliers. View all feedback.

he was at first juni at a visit to lethbridge. we ordered cadjau, and honestly they looked like the frozen triangle that they get shaped into food business. cant say it was all special and we try to support local small restaurants. unlikely...of them again only too much for the quality View all feedback.
I had a great experience at this restaurant a few weeks ago! Coming from New Zealand, I was thrilled to find an authentic fish and chip shop here. The friendly English owner helped us decide how much food to order for our group and even introduced us to curry sauce to try with our chips. It was a thoughtful gesture that we appreciated. The meal was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning soon.
Whitbies is a small taste of the UK on the Westside. Their fish and chips are truly authentic and stand out in an area known for beef. Whitbies is a no-frills fish and chips shop that stays true to its roots. One of the highlights is their selection of UK imports, with packaging displaying prices in pounds sterling, ensuring customers they are getting the real deal.
My family and I had lunch here today for Good Friday and we absolutely loved it! The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
As a fellow Scot John makes authentic and quality Scottish products that I miss from home , Highly recommend Johns Lorne Square Sausage, John's homemade Tottie Scones and his Steak Pies phenomenal .
My husband and I went for dinner last night. The restaurant was super clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The cook was comical. We each had the two piece cod meal with fries and slaw. It was a good size portion. Value for what you pay was reasonable. Personally I would prefer to have more seasoning on the slaw and fish batter. We've decided that Whitbies will be our go to when we feel like fish n chips.
