The staff at this Tim Hortons were unhelpful and did not handle my order as I’ve experienced at other locations. Despite asking multiple times for a specific arrangement, my requests were ignored. It seems they might be charging more for the same service. The employee was rude and confrontational, which ultimately led me to cancel my order and go to a different Tim Hortons, where everything went smoothly. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Cilantro lime dressing? There’s no time to return to the restaurant for a work dinner when they forget to include it.
Eat was good, service was okay, but was plus 30 celsius outside and no a/c going in the building. no idea whether it is simply broken or the owner is cheap (have seen that before) really ruins the comfort level in.
Drive thru attendees really need to listen to what people are ordering. The first thing I ordered was a medium coffee, got everything else. Apparently it wasn 't on the bill
I think they've gotten my order right once the last 6 times I've gone through the drive through, between 2 different locations. Contacting customer service doesn't do any good they just ask you for a bunch of information that you can't give them because Tim's doesn't give receipts unless you ask. I keep going back because it's convenient so that's on me, but please work on your order accuracy.
