Not ver... read more This was the 1st time I ever visited this place I have heard some good things about it though. Cozy little joint and good location I will give you that. Not very impressed with the food I ordered though steak sandwich with caesar salad. I ordered my steak WELL done it was far from well done there was a puddle of juice under it more like med rare. The salad was 'drenched ' with dressing I could not eat it. I exchanged my salad for a greek salad which was good and the waitress took my steak back to be cooked more. It came back much the same as it was when she took it and still a puddle of juice under it still nowhere near well done. The waitress offered to take it back again but I told her no really what 's the point? Obviously the cook does not know how to cook a steak. The waitress was great.

We chose Streatside because of the convenient parking, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We enjoyed a delicious Beef and Onion soup and some Yam fries. The service was good, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance with an interior designed to resemble an outdoor setting, complete with antique lamp lights and a lovely Ficus tree. If the weather is nice, you can also sit on the back patio. And don't forget about the desserts - they are amazing and all look homemade. Yum!
