What Cary Hane doesn't like about New Dynasty Restaurant:
Food wise, this is hands down the best Chinese food to eat in town. HOWEVER....When you call in to order, you rarely can get through as they take the phone off the hook. When I did get through to order I was told to call back in 45 minutes to place an order as they were "swamped". I know on weekends you can get busy, but isn't customer service important anymore? My most recent trip to the New Dynasty was a slight disappointment because I was hoping for the buffet, but we were too late. However, the food we ordered off the menu was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers to savor for lunch the next day! View all feedback.
