Although the restaurant proudly displays a Korean flag at the entrance, they serve a mix of Japanese and Korean dishes. The food is satisfactory for a smaller city like Lethbridge. What User doesn't like about Namu Korean and Western Grill:
Went in with friends to enjoy their food we have always been a fan. Only to become uncomfortable half way through our meal by what I assume was management yelling at their 2 employees. Felt very bad for the employees. Think we will be going over to Dono instead now.. View all feedback.
We absolutely loved this place. It has the best pizza we've ever had in France. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. Highly recommend.
The service at the restaurant was unfriendly and unaccommodating, as they did not allow sharing dishes for lunch.
Although the restaurant proudly displays a Korean flag at the entrance, they serve a mix of Japanese and Korean dishes. The food is satisfactory for a smaller city like Lethbridge. The sushi fish was incredibly fresh and prepared well, which we really enjoyed. Our udon noodles and Korean short ribs and soup were all tasty. The only downside was that the tempura shrimp from the Nabayaki udon was placed in the soup instead of on a separate plate, as we prefer. The restaurant has a spacious seating area and is family-friendly.
I grabbed take-out from Namu while I was staying in the area and craving Korean food. I am very happy with my choice, as the food was quite tasty, and the service was warm and friendly on the phone, and while picking up. I tried the mushroom ball appetizer--which was so yummy that it has gone on my list of crave-ables. Also, I didn't mean to order soup, but I was pleasantly surprised with the beef bulgogi udon I ordered, which had a very nice and flavourful taste. And the prices were reasonable. So no complaints from me!
Staff are polite, food reasonable and service good. Not the busiest but draws more on Eastern clientele from what I have seen . Parking could be a problem as Namu is in the Ramada and some nights it is limited. Food is well prepared, price is ok and they have a large menu to choose from. Have been there a few times as I stayed in the Ramada but have moved on so will Namu unless I REALLY want to go there
