I have liked KFC for many years, but try to limit consumption to once every 2-4 months. I guess they use Canola Oil, but there's still a LOT of calories. Still... read more I have liked KFC for many years, but try to limit consumption to once every 2-4 months. I guess they use Canola Oil, but there's still a LOT of calories. Still few things are as mouth-watering to me as a fresh-from-the-fryer piece of KFC, the old-fashioned kind. I think it adds greatly to a picnic, and the seagulls sure agree!
