It looked like they took things seriously but I was not feeling good that same evening and I’ve heard other celiacs have had the same experience.

The only problem I encountered was whe... read more I visited a restaurant that offers a gluten-friendly menu. The staff appeared to be well-informed about gluten allergies. The only problem I encountered was when they suggested using a salad dressing that contained gluten. I refused and they were able to provide a gluten-free vinaigrette instead. I ordered the beef dip, which was tasty but not outstanding as it lacked some flavor. The bun was decent, but nothing special. It's worth noting that they don't have a separate fryer for gluten-free items. Despite these minor issues, I would consider dining at this restaurant again in the future.
