I chose chicken, it's so delicious. the atmosphere was cool. Well-filled plates in the entrance that can be taken and shared with the aperitif. example: smoked salmon, charcuterie, sardines. ( different plates )the principle is to roast either on a stone of meat or fish with at the top of each table aspiring host for smoke.Viands and fish very fresh and very good quality. Very good also the raw prepared tartare.Good desserts and especially the white cheese with its rhubarb count. The principle is not common, it is the first time I tasted this concept and I enjoyed it.
