Unfortunately the service we re... read more This is our 5th visit to Cala Montgo and meal at Sibaris. We enjoyed the food which was good quality which I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately the service we received was poor. The restaurant was full and we waited 45 mins after ordering our meal before it arrived which we felt was a long time . We were a little bemused as several of the Spanish guest’s who arrived after us were being served similar meals sometime before us. We ordered additional drinks to our meal and after waiting a considerable time we reminded the head waitress , who gave us a curt response, saying we would get them if we had requested them. We never did get our drinks.! We are respectful to everyone whichever country we visit. We are disappointed with the experience we had and will be reluctant to return because of this unfriendly experience. We remember when we visited Sibaris several years ago when the restaurant was managed seemingly by the heads of the family which was always a positive and friendly experience.

The food was great (although the pizzas are not that great), although the first time we went to the restaurant it took approximately an hour to get the dishes o... read more The food was great (although the pizzas are not that great), although the first time we went to the restaurant it took approximately an hour to get the dishes out, excusing themselves due to the volume of work (they had two more tables seated) and the fact that the cook was not there. usual, plus the dishes came out in a very incorrect order. We decided to give it a second chance, and that day they had the restaurant much fuller, they served us very quickly and the dishes came out in no time. However, when we finished the main courses and wanted dessert we spent more than half an hour waiting for them to serve us with the desserts but they ignored us the entire time. In this way, we left and crossed out the restaurant.
