We arrived by bike at 11:45 and were very excited because the... read more We made a reservation at 1 pm to eat at this chiringuito to have a nice family lunch at the beach. We arrived by bike at 11:45 and were very excited because the place looks very nice. We asked if we could maybe sit on our table a bit earlier than the start of our reservation but this was not possible. Also, when we asked for a coffee they were very unfriendly. They never welcomed us at their place, and when we had some questions about the sunbeds in front of the restaurant, they told us rudely that they didn’t know anything about it. They seemed to be more interested in their internal rules than in (the wishes of their) guests. They arrogantly adviced us get the drinks at another chiringuito in case we didn’t like their rules, which advice we happily followed up. Now we are enjoying an amazing pulpo and cava at the other place. Cheers!

Stopped here for lunch and you are transplanted to somewhere Carribean so the location is lovely . Very busy despite weather being average and I ordered potatoes bravas which turned out to be 8 large chips and what I thought was a fish of the day salad which I hoped would be a fresh fish, grilled or fried on a bed of salad .When it came it was more like a lime and coconut soup with cured salmon and tuna and not much of it. Tasted ok but not what I hoped for. Lager was lovely but service a little patchy as waiter liked to chat to everyone and distracted himself . Fabulous for a drink but the food not to my liking which is not to say that others will have the same opinion.
