I've known this restaurant for 20 years. Quality is always at the rendezvous, with now a fairly short card, and recipes that make the part beautiful to local and seasonal products. A great technical mastery in the realization, boldness (e.g. granny apple trumpets the eye with smoked corn ice in dessert). The only gastronomic restaurant in the Chaume. The view is beautiful.

On a magnificent view of the sunny seaside, louou boards you with its mouths to make you discover a pear foie gras and then bring us to a thousand yellow places. Chocolate dessert is crazy. Thanks for the service and the gourmet coffee.
