After we were here and loved it, we decided to book for four people on Christmas day, 12:30. We had an e-mail weeks ago that confirmed the booking. So we take the elevator just to discover, we can't reach the restaurant because the slope is closed to it because of snow shortage and the restaurant is closed! Why on earth were we not sent an email that the restaurant was closed to us?? Such a disappointment and really bad administration. My husband had to find out that it was closed by calling a sister facility x

As a beginner, it was a little challenging to go to the restaurant, but it was certainly worth it. It fills at noon very quickly and was packed when we came back for our lunch booking. Service was a little frosty at the beginning, but think that was because they were so busy. The BBQ food was so good and we had the perfect table to enjoy the view. Only a toilet for ladies so snakes inevitable. If you stop outside lunch, the hot chocolate is to die.

Did not hit quite on the €1000, but we tried so thank you-you and for us to move when it snows! Steak was medium as desired, desserts amazing, cheese board beautiful! Excellent, but book!
