We decided to try this Michelin star restaurant during a luxurious ski weekend in the hotel. we have chosen the 3 course set menu for €95 per person. eating is... read more We decided to try this Michelin star restaurant during a luxurious ski weekend in the hotel. we have chosen the 3 course set menu for €95 per person. eating is really very good with amazing aromas and a lot of unusual flavors and...texturs like the norm for this type of restaurant is the 3 courses in reality 5 or 6 and everyone was excellent from the wobbly suppe to speciality brot with truffle butter, fresh spay, super boiled lamb and delicious "3 away" mango dessert. the house made sweets selection was equally impressive. the only thing I think was the wine selection. there is a very large selection of impressive names, but when I was asked for something under €80 a bottle everything we were recommended was one at €97. while resting, what seemed to be a real challenge, we decided on a one at 78 €, which was very nice, but it felt like we were insulting or possibly muting. we have had luck eating in several Michelin star restaurants and they all have a better choice over a larger price class. single glasses from over 20 € are not sufficient in my experience. However, it did not withdraw from a large evening with some great tasting eating.

We have dessert-wise. the apple and chocolate dishes that were equally excellent. the sommelier also made fantastic recommendations for the wine. All-in-all one must be in meribel!

Excellent food: the taste, the textures, the smell, the visual! A REAL experience. Focaccia: excellent, soft, an incredible taste of dried tomatoes Bread and butters: nut butter has a lot of flavor Country onion to drink or chew: we're getting down to business! It's really very good. Green Asparagus from Provence: when my brother-in-law who doesn't like vegetables thought it was one of the best dishes, it shows the talent of the chef. Vegetarian plate (replaces bouillabaisse): magnificent and delicious Savoie Farmer's Pig: my favorite dish! The kumquat sauce is delicious. The cheese platter is incredible. Strawberry Garriguette Wild Garlic: the wild garlic sorbet is surprising. The incredible strawberry Honey from our Rûches: the sorbet is incredible. The honey is extraordinary. Cuteness: the marshmallow is fantastic. A little less convinced by the olive but the mixture stands out. Frivolities: the cart is gargantuan!!! The sweet tooth in me was crazy!
