I don't have celiac disease, but I do have a strong sensitivity to gluten. When I inquired about the Brussels sprouts, the server promptly informed me that they don't have a dedicated fryer. He then took our menus and had the chef indicate which items were naturally gluten-free, which could be modified, and which were not suitable. The food and cocktails were fantastic, and I felt perfectly fine afterwards. I'm definitely planning to return before we head home.

Because of this stance, I can't recommend it as safe for those with celiac disease, despite the server being very knowledgeable and the menu featuring many naturally gluten-free options. As someone with celiac disease who is highly sensitive, I was pleased to report that I didn't feel sick after enjoying the risotto (which was absolutely amazing) and the Caprese salad (one of the best I've ever had). The food really is among the best I've experienced on the island. If you're willing to take a risk, I would suggest giving it a try.

I reached out to the restaurant before my visit, and they assured me they could easily accommodate many gluten-free options on the menu. The server was very knowledgeable about gluten and cross-contamination issues. While I was looking over the menu, she even consulted with the chef to confirm the details she provided. It was clear that both the server and the chef genuinely cared about my dining experience and wanted me to enjoy my meal! The food was incredible, and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place!
