We were informed by the girl at the counter that we couldn't order because she was on her break. I'm confused because Google shows the restaurant open until 4 PM, and there’s no mention of a closure after 2 PM for lunch. It's essential to have enough staff to cover breaks. I won't be returning.

This is highly disrespectful to vegetarians who don't want meat-handled gloves touching their food. I expected much better service.
