This restaurant has the feel of a cozy neighborhood coffee shop, where the staff remembers your order and calls it out as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and they always get your order right. It's my favorite place to go. Plus, they also have a Baskin-Robbins, which is an added bonus! View all feedback.
What Gabriel Lee doesn't like about Dunkin':
I went to this restaurant and was disappointed to find out they do not offer military discounts. I also tried to buy a donut for National Coffee Day, but was told I had to order through the app, even though the terms and conditions allowed for in-store orders with rewards. The staff was not very helpful. Service: 1 star. View all feedback.
I really enjoy this place because the staff is welcoming and they prepare my caramel latte with care.
I never understood all of the critics of this location. I order all the time usually from my car and usually a minute away and the food and drinks are ALWAYS ready by the time I get there. They are super fast and never get anything wrong. What else dopeople expect from a DD location?!?
The server was unfriendly and unpleasant. The other staff members were friendly, but the server tried to shift the blame onto the customer despite the awful drinks. The quality of my coffee was lacking. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I would give 5 stars, if better gloves and facial equipment was given to employees. The DD Crew do their best with what is given and with how they've been trained. If one notices, they have near paper thin gloves handling 400°F ovens. That means the oncefrozen food is now as hot as the hood of a car in the 80°F summer heat or your feet touching the heated sand on the beach. Notpleasant. Surgical gloves what they are wearing and not the thick ones. Also, depending what time you arrive, there will beeither shortage of frozen goods or being heated in the back ovens. Hangry is never the solution to any issue. Discovery ofoneself will help in self-control. Thank you
