One of the most beautiful and best restaurants in León. I never had a bad meal here. Very comfortable place with a large section with air conditioning. Very good, fast and attentive service, rare for Nicaragua. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Delicious food, they specialize in pork dishes naturally under the name, but have a varied menu: I enjoyed the roasted shrimp plate... the shrimps tasted very fresh.... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Porky's House:
Our waitress was lovely and the food good. Unfortunately, they had the incorrect price for drinks on the menu and when I went to show them, they told me that what was in the computer stays and I had to pay the price that they said. We had already ordered our drinks....what did they expect us to do at that point? When we tried to talk to them afterwards, it was obvious they didn't care and would keep with the same bus... One of the nicer and best restaurants in León. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Very comfortable venue with a large section with air conditioning. Very good, fast and attentive service, rare for Nicaragua. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Delicious food, they specialize in pork dishes obviously by the name, but have a varied menu: I enjoyed the fried shrimp platter...the shrimp tasted very fresh. My dining partner had the pork medallions wrapped in bacon with Porto wine sauce. Highly recommended.
Huge portions, good value for the money, meat tastes fantastic and drinks are affordable. The food service is a but slow, but worth the wait. Friendly staff.
Really nice atmosphere and service. We went there Thursday evening and they had a live band playing. Had some snacks (pork bites drinks (beers and rum . The band was really good, the drinks were inexpensive, the food was good for what it was (they serve pork only . I'd recommend this place for drinks and light snacks. AC and fast service is extremely rare in Nicaragua, so enjoy this bar! :

My dining room partner had packed the pork medals in bacon with Porto wine sauce. Very recommended.
