Dreadful service! Pre ordered for pm collection. Had a phone call at to ask where we were as food had been ready a while. On phone she insisted we hadn’t given a time, pre order on website will not let you proceed without a time! Arrived for collection after trying to give me incorrect order the lady shouted at me for over mins about there being no time. Long story short according to her if you order on line you should always ring to check all is well. I said no point to wen orders then to which she shouted at me. She brought out my e woot to show they had cooked at I asked if she had no time why didn’t she ring, I was told she was too busy. I asked have you just guessed a time then! She ranted and raved at me for a long time I front of other clients even through I repeatly said can I have the food o pre paid for so I can leave. She then disappeared for mins. Frightened to eat the worth of food as no idea what she did to it in that mins

I often purchase the beef curry and spring egg roll combo at this restaurant. The food is always freshly cooked and the pancake rolls are the best I have ever had, filled with crunchy and flavorful ingredients.

The food is decent and affordably priced, but my meal was served on a foam tray that will last for hundreds of years in a landfill. The restaurant should reevaluate their use of non-biodegradable packaging.

Awful service!! We pre-ordered for 6:40 pm pickup. Received a phone call at 6:15 pm asking where we were as the food had been ready for a while. Despite the fact that we had given a time on the website, the person on the phone insisted we had not. Arrived at 6:40 pm for pickup, only to be given the wrong order and yelled at for over 20 minutes by the woman because there was apparently no specified pickup time. According to her, if you order online, you should always call to confirm. When I mentioned there was no point in online ordering then, she continued to shout at me. She showed me a receipt indicating they had cooked the food at 5:07 pm and claimed she was too busy to call. I asked if she had guessed the pickup time, which led to a long rant in front of other customers. Despite my repeated requests to just give me the food I had already paid for so I could leave, she disappeared for 10 minutes. I was nervous to eat the food worth $38 as I had no idea what she did to it during that time. This was the most unpleasant interaction I have ever had.
