Beautiful view, cozy lounge. But steal arrogant man is ruining it! Lounge must be reserved. We asked inside and it was okay until the arrogant man approached us like a piesbull. Ridiculous...
We ordered three beers and a coffee. We were served quite fast for the first two beers but had to wait an age for the other beer and coffee. We were served by an older man who was not overly friendly, but it was good when we were more interested in our drinks. In the end, when we offered the 22 euros for our drinks, he asked where we are from. I thought maybe he's a friend, then we thought first. We told him we were from Scotland. His next question was: “Pay a service fee in Scotland”. We lied and said no, but we should have said that if the service was good. It's a bit much to have tips you need. It should be a reward for good service and a friendly attitude. It's a shame as it looked like a good restaurant. We wanted to go to lunch in the next few days, but we won't do it now.
Escaped with Simal Alm. We have used this restaurant for a number of years and it was fantastic, served good quality traditional dishes at a reasonable price. We visited this week and was disappointed, it seems to have gone to the market, the food is now quite expensive and many of the traditional dishes lost.
Excellent Alm with very impressive food. The staff is very efficient and friendly and the view is stunning
