we had pizza and pasta and both were very good and much. the staff was very friendly and the waiting time moderate. the interieur is also very beautiful. such a good idea, especially if they stay in the hotel that belongs to the restaurant...— room service:!!! View all feedback.
Very nice and friendly staff. The starters are perfect (carpaccio and mozzarella di buffola). The most important courses (Steak) were ordered in medium and medium seldom. All steaks were served with medium. Besides, the steaks were nice.
Pretty food for reasonable price; wine a little expensive; but overall to do again
The service and food quality was poor, u feel like the still money from you. Poor meat and poor cookers. Too expensive for the results
We stayed at the Avenida mountain lodges and decided to try the hotel restaurant. Have to say that even though the restaurant considers itself as a fine dining place the requirements are not met - not even close. The personnel is very unprofessional and they had huge difficulties to remember all of our orders. The waitress forgot to bring a dessert to one of us despite we asked it twice. I can't even describe how disorganized the waitress was in overall (dropping items, forgetting stuff etc.)We ordered three course menu which was a "cook's" suprise. The starter was a tomato soup and the main course rump steak. How basic and straightforward options are these? In addition, the dessert was a sorbet which was actually not sorbet. Three course menu was 33€ and i feel that it was not worth it - highly overpriced! Furthermore we noticed that the "cook" in the restaurant is the same guy who is responsible for the hotel's ski shuttle during the day time which is super confusing. Unfortunaltely i have to say that even though the interior is luxurious, the service including the whole personnel is very unprofessional and bad. Overall the experience was well below of our expectations!
Tried twice when staying at the hotel - terrible experience.- At breakfast: almost every day there is not enough bread in the buffet, even if you arrive every morning you get mostly scraps and single pieces of everything - turns out there was no big party 10 minutes before, it’s just hotel policy- Restaurant and kitchen staff are untrained (waiter doesn’t ask about the steak, brings it well done and asks “was it too medium for you?”)- When sitting in the elegant restaurant, instead of bringing new cutlery, the waiter took the dirty one from our plates and put it back on the table for the next meal- The next time we went to the restaurant we took the “pizza burgers” which were pieces of meat stuffed in pizza dough, without much else. 4$ kebab beats it hands down in pretty much any city in the world. Here, it’s served for 20$.
