Chef is great, good quality products, the chef d'hotel is well representing the perfect service and they're able to provide customized menus for cheap prices when willing to celebrate birthdays or other events. Would certainly go back to enjoy the swimming pool as well. One of the best spot in Crans-Montana!!

Les plats sont originaux et bien servis. Un petit bémol quant à la qualité des produits utilisés, un peu fade à mon goût. Pas de coup de coeur pour ma part mais à tester :)Comptez entre CHF 80. à CHF 100. p.p.Try it..Restaurant of the hotel with lot of character. The staff is very welcoming, worthy of a 4*. The view, splendid with large windows. The dishes are original and well served. A small problem with the quality of products used, a little bland for my taste. T... read more We spent four days in this hotel. Our group consisted of eight adults and we would all agree that the hotel and ESPECIALLY the food exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us with anything we asked for. They also have a very nice spa. We were very taken back by the food. We did not expect the fine cuisine we experienced. Every meal was exquisitely prepared and presented.
