Terrible service, lobby closes at 8 we were there at 7:15 and wouldn't let us in and ignored us at the window.
I love Philly Cheese SteakSteak, American white cheese, green pepper red onion.That's the way I like it!
Lobby closed 30 mins, they had the door locked at 7:30. We ordered on the app and just wanted to pick up our subs, I suggest management work on staying open till listed time or continue losing business.
One you can't see the food because of the sign they put in front of the food. Everyone knows it's Subway but here they put a sign in front of food items.
My husband went to this Subway to pick up me a sub. I was to call it in. I called 14 times over a time period of 15 to 20 minutes. Finally, on the 24th call someone answered. I was so irritated and ask the girl why I had to call 14 times before someone answered? She asked me what I wanted? I said an Italian sub then she said wait a minute I can't take your order now. I have a line in here. I said just forget it. My husband was asking for my order while I was on the phone with this girl. She told him ,she said to just forget about it. He said no, she wants an Italian sub. She proceeded to tell him I was rude on the phone. Not knowing the situation, he told her I had a bad day. He was determined that I was going to have the sub that I wanted for my dinner. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to another Subway and WILL NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS ONE AGAIN!!!
