Price on the menu board did not line up with what I actually got charged. $3 more than what the menu board read. I know they have a combo button on the POS. but I was charged for each individual item separately. SERIOUSLY? Fries were hot as usual but the fish filet was cold and the edges were hard. Unusual for Arby 's. O well, can 't win them all...
The service is great whether it's inside or at the drive thru. The food is served fresh and hot. My order has always been on point.

Service was good and their new white cheddar Mac and cheese is absolutely to die for. It was so good and fresh. The reason I went to arbys was because of their BOGO FREE coupon in the app. I had the classic beef and cheddar with fries and added the max and cheese on as a last minute purchase.
I needed a large order of food for my company, one day out, and the team here in Lenoir was more than happy to help! Big Thank you to Cody for making this happen and the food was excellent! Side note: give Cody a raise he is awesome!
