I recently visited this Subway location and noticed they really cut back on most ingredients, especially the veggies. I ordered a salad with double spinach and double cheese, but what I received was far from what I expected with double spinach. The quality and portion didn’t match the menu description. Please see the attached photo.
I have never visited such a lovely and clean Subway restaurant before! Even though there was only one employee on duty, he was both friendly and efficient. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. Thank you!
This Subway location is excellent—clean, with fresh ingredients and perfectly chilled cold cuts, which I really appreciate. The sandwich artist who assisted me around 1:10 PM on 11/13 was outstanding and took great care of both me and my guest. Kudos to her, and I apologize for forgetting her name.
When I arrived at the restaurant, I was surprised to find that I was the only customer in line. However, I was told I would need to wait at least five minutes to place my order because there were four online orders ahead of me. This wasn’t my first experience with waits here. Thankfully, there’s a Jimmy John's nearby with two drive-thrus where I never encounter any delays. It appears that this restaurant is consistently understaffed, and it's frustrating that customers in-house have to wait while others are placing their orders from the comfort of their homes.
