The people are nice and they were fast but this mango dragonfruit refresher was not refreshing.

Although my drink was ready a few minutes late due to a busy drive-through, the barista was kind and informed me that my drink was next. My birthday drink I ordered was made perfectly, looked delicious, and tasted just as good! The service was efficient, and the store had a good atmosphere. I would recommend this location.

She said the card didn’t take so I di... read more Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a drink. When I paid she put the card reader down and I chose no tip. She said the card didn’t take so I did it again. This time she didn’t give me the option. Hands me my card and I leave. This evening I am looking at my statement and see the amount different than what she had told me. She gave herself a tip! That is theft and she should be terminated. The entire tip function needs to go away. If we want to tip a server we will. I’m so beyond frustrated.
