What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
very slow. waited 10 minutes for my mobile order. After I saw 5 cars passing through the drive, I decided to go into myself and get my food. the next time I will not use the app because there is no sense when they do it only when they are there and have to wait 10 minutes. I give it a 4 out of 5 because the service is quick. However, the automated ordering system, which is handled by a lady, could use some improvement. The person before me had a specific request, and it seemed there was some confusion. View all feedback.
