A couple of days ago, I ordered through the app while at work and waited for the notification that my order was ready before heading to pick it up. It took me a... read more A couple of days ago, I ordered through the app while at work and waited for the notification that my order was ready before heading to pick it up. It took me about 5 minutes to get there. When I arrived, two employees were chatting in the back. When I mentioned I was there for a pickup, they initially said they hadn’t received my order and even suggested I might be at the wrong location before finally checking. After confirming, they said my order was there. I went to get a drink from 7-Eleven, and when I returned, they continued talking instead of preparing my order, causing further delays. I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes and only received a simple apology. This lack of attention made me miss half of my lunch break when the whole process should have taken half the time.
