What Tabitha Hernandez doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
They are always understaffed. Unfortunately, that means service is super slow. I did a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before going to pick it up. I checked in when I got there. They never even started my order until I asked about my food (I was already there for 20 minutes). In the end, I had to wait almost an hour. View all feedback. I had a much better experience at this PE's location then I did at the Fresno State location. Management here seems to be very much hands on and involved with the communication, taking orders and packing them. Tonya is a manager here and she was so sweet and made sure that her team stayed consistent with the flow of how things were moving in the restaurant. The rest of staff seemed friendly.
